What makes it great?

Brewing instructions: 

1. Boil one cup of water at 90-100°C.
2. Use one tea bag per cup of hot water.
3. Stir the tea once, and then let it steep for 3 minutes. 
4. Stir again halfway through.
5. Remove the tea bags.
6. Your tea is now ready to drink! 

Brewing it correctly means that it will taste earthy and tannic with a tinge of floral fragrance, but if you’d like a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey and stir well before drinking.
