Broken item delivered

I ordered Abalone Tea Gift Box which had an tea infuser and tea all wrapped in a box. The infuser was broken into pieces. The ivory box was such poor quality, the sides were damaged and both the box's hinges came off. I bought it as a special gift and is now totally usable except for 4 tins of team. This is such a big disappointment for so much money
