Chamomile Herbal Tea Bags

Used as a traditional folk remedy, Chamomile Herbal Tea is loaded with antioxidants that may play a role in lowering your risk of several diseases.

This tea contains dried Chamomile buds that have a gentle floral, almost apple-like aroma. Chamomile tea is very relaxing and possesses antispasmodic properties, which can relieve the painful cramps associated with the menstrual periods.

Sunshine yellow in color, Chamomile tea emits a fresh, slightly sweet aroma.

What makes it great? 

Chamomile tea can be consumed any time of day, but may be best consumed in the evening for its relaxing effects and potential sleep benefits. Or, if you have diabetes, it could be worth adding a cup after your meals.

Brewing instructions: 

1. Boil one cup of water at 90-100°C.
2. Use one tea bag per cup of hot water.
3. Stir the tea once, and then let it steep for 3 minutes. 
4. Stir again halfway through.
5. Remove the tea bags.
6. Your tea is now ready to drink! 

Brewing it correctly means that it will have a soft, floral taste and the scent of this tea will draw you near while it calms you in the process.
